Captured from their beneficials, he decided to invest all it’s savings from summer jobs into a small brewery. With a really small credit card but really big dreams he start this project to follow his dreams of help the global Kombucha market development.
After three years of countinuos study he develop a method to store it’s natural, no pasteurised Kombucha live on the shelf at room temperature, to help on growth up the global diffusion of this product. Another excellent characteristics is the best tasting of Old Kombucha that’s due to highest quality ingredients used and to has been developed on the Italian taste, to make this excellent product good for everyone.
